Who I Am
About Natalie McGill

I earned my Bachelors Degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. Straight out of school I wrote for The Prince George's Gazette, covering local schools and county council meetings, among other topics.

While writing serious news during the day I also wrote comedy for my own standup routines that I performed at open mics throughout the Washington, DC area. Through my comedy writing I landed a job writing and performing political satire for Redacted Tonight with Lee Camp.

I came to Los Angeles to help write the third season for the Emmy-award winning show Black Lady Sketch Show.

I currently serve as a freelance editor for the American Public Health Association and National Council on Aging.

Today I am available for writing and editing either serious content or funny prose.
